  • We are open for walk-in business from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m, Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Limit of 3 customers at a time.

Curbside pickup at rear of the building

Curbside orders can be placed by phone or online, Monday to Friday until 3 p.m. We require orders 3 business days in advance for fresh meat.

In your email:

  • Your full name and phone number
  • The date you would like to pickup
  • Detailed information regarding your order

When placing orders for steaks, roasts, ground, etc, be very specific with details such as, kind of meat, bone-in or boneless, skin on or off, how thick, how many pounds, how many/how much per package.

We will respond to your message by email to confirm the order and the requested pick-up date. We are unable to give the total cost of your order at this time, as the products must be weighed and priced.

Where to pickup:

  • All curbside orders must be picked up from the back of the store between 11 am and 5 pm.
  • Please call 780-722-4808 when you arrive.
  • You will be given your total at this time and can pay via debit or credit card (sorry, no cash).

If you prefer a touchless payment option:

  • We have tap available for orders under $100.
  • Orders over $100 will need to be paid via e-transfer on your pickup date ONLY prior to your arrival.

How to send an e-transfer:

  • You can e-transfer your payment to realdealmeats2009@gmail.com on the date of pick up ONLY, please.
  • Auto deposit is enabled; no password is required.
  • Please include the name of the order placed in the message of the e-transfer.

How to know your total for e-transfer:

  • You can find the costs for freezer packs and raw pet food on the Products page.
  • There is no GST on any meat products.
  • For all other order totals, please call 780-722-4808 after 10 am on the day of your pickup only.

Delivery Service

We deliver to a different Edmonton/area zone, Tuesday thru Saturday from 11 to 5 pm. Minimum $75 order required plus any applicable delivery fee. For orders over $250 within the Edmonton city limits, delivery is free of charge. Orders must be placed before your delivery day and pre-paid by e-transfer.

The Delivery Order Desk is open Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 am. No same-day deliveries are available. We are currently booking two weeks out for freezer packs.

COVID-19

  • As of June 24, 2020, we ARE able to accept Freezer Pack orders. Please check the new pricing information on the Products page.

  • No ordering of 4kg bags of chicken breasts at this time.

  • Wild game processing and orders of whole/half animals or custom sausage will resume as of Tuesday, September 1, 2020.

  • Hot smoked Saturday suppers are being offered again as of June 24, 2020.

  • Include full name and phone number for your order pick up.

  • There is no GST on meat products.

  • When arriving for pickups, please be able to identify what it is you’re picking up, or let our staff know some detail, such as whether it’s a raw dog food or fresh meat, etc.
  • Raw pet food orders are currently limited to 60lbs combined per family/week to be fair for others.
  • Be patient as this is all new for everyone involved. We are adjusting the process and trying things for the first time as a business. We may not have certain items/flavours of products we usually make ourselves, which is 90% of smoked meats, etc. We simply can’t keep up with it all and still get sleep. Darcy’s doing his best, there’s brining, mixing, pumping, smoking, cooling, packaging, pricing along with it to produce it all while cutting and putting together all the orders for customers at this time.
