- As usual with debit/credit/cash or pre-pay by e-transfer.
- We are open for walk-in business from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m, Tuesday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
- Limit of 4 customers at a time.

Curbside pickup at rear of the building
Curbside orders can be placed by phone or online, Monday to Friday until 3 p.m. We require orders a minimum of 1 business day in advance for curbside pickup. No same day ordering available for curbside pickup.
In your email:
- Your full name and phone number
- The date you would like to pickup
- Detailed information regarding your order
When placing orders for steaks, roasts, ground, etc, be very specific with details such as, kind of meat, bone-in or boneless, skin on or off, how thick, how many pounds, how many/how much per package.
We will respond to your message by email to confirm the order and the requested pick-up date. We are unable to give the total cost of your order at this time, as the products must be weighed and priced.
Where to pickup:
- All curbside orders must be picked up from the back of the store between 11 am and 5 pm.
- Please call our store on arrival at 780.469.3325, and select the prompt #3 for curbside pickup.
- You will be given your total at this time and can pay via debit or credit card (sorry, no cash).
If you prefer a touchless payment option:
- We have tap available for orders up to $250 for most debit/credit card transactions. You can also pay via e-transfer, if preferred.
How to send an e-transfer:
- You can e-transfer your payment to realdealmeats2009@gmail.com on the date of pick up ONLY, please.
- Auto deposit is enabled; no password is required.
- Please include the name of the order placed in the message of the e-transfer.
How to know your total for e-transfer:
- You can find the costs for freezer packs and raw pet food on the Products page.
- There is no GST on any meat products.
- For all other order totals, please call 780.469.3325 after 10 am on the day of your pickup for your total if choosing to do e-transfer payment option.

Delivery Service
We deliver to a different Edmonton/area zone, Tuesday thru Saturday from 1 to 5 pm. Minimum $75 order required for regularly-priced products (freezer packs do not qualify, sorry) plus any applicable delivery fee. For orders over $250 within the Edmonton city limits, delivery is free of charge (*** restrictions apply). Orders must be placed before your delivery day and pre-paid by e-transfer.

- You can place your order online at the top of our webpage or submit your order via email with the mention of delivery service. For those unable to order online, you can call the shop at 780.469.3325 and select prompt #2.
- We must receive your order one (1) business day in advance of the delivery day for your zone.
No same-day deliveries are available.
*** Summer and Winter Freezer Packs do not qualify for free delivery.
