Full-time Meat Clerk (Retail/Ellwood Drive)

We’re looking for a full-time, enthusiastic Meat Clerk to provide quality customer service in our very fast-paced butcher shop.

Duties will include (but not limited to): assisting customers with their meat selections, answering questions, and offering cooking suggestions; pricing and labeling items; keeping meat display cases stocked/visually appealing; handling the cash register; and maintaining a sanitized and clean working environment.

Industry experience is an asset and one year customer service experience required. Wages to be discussed upon interview.  Must be fluent in speaking/reading/writing the English language, willing to work in a refrigerated environment, and able to lift up to 40lbs. References required.

Processing Facility, Sparrow Drive, Leduc/Nisku

Duties will include (but not limited to): Cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces, utensils, floors and equipment.

Industry experience is an asset.  Wages to be discussed upon interview.  Immediate start. Hours are Tuesday – Friday, 4:30 to 7:30 pm and Saturdays 3:30 to 6:30 pm. Some Mondays by request.

Must have own transportation to Leduc/Nisku area (airport road).
