Full-Time Meat Clerks
(Retail/Ellwood Drive)

Full-time Meat Clerk (Retail/Ellwood Drive)

We’re seeking motivated team members to provide quality, friendly service at our South Edmonton retail location.

Duties include (but not limited to): Serving customers and handling meat, stocking and packaging products, taking orders in person, operating the cash register.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to lift 50 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment, fluent English (speak, read, write), must be available for flexible hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–6pm (all days required).

Wage: Based on experience; discussed at interview.

Butcher Assistants/Meat Packers
Both Leduc & Ellerslie Locations

We’re looking for butcher assistants/meat packers to join our team at both our Nisku Processing Facility (wild game) and our Ellerslie retail location. Experience is an asset, but not required.

Duties include (but not limited to): Packaging product, lifting 50 lbs minimum, speaking with customers and recording detailed information for processing, running the vacuum sealer machine, stocking, and assisting butchers as needed.

Requirements: Ability to work in a refrigerated cutting environment, fluent English (speak, read, write), flexible availability Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–6pm.

Wage: $17–$19/hr starting wage, based on experience.

Experienced Sausage Maker
(Retail/Ellwood Drive Location)

 

Our Ellerslie location is hiring a full-time experienced sausage maker.

Requirements: Hands-on experience making various types of sausage, skilled in spice blending, mixing, and using a sausage stuffer, fluent English (speak, read, write), ability to work Monday–Saturday in a refrigerated environment, able to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts between 8am–6pm.

Wage: Starting at $18 – $20/hr, based on experience.
