Full-time Experienced Sausage Maker (Retail/Ellerslie location)

Duties include (but not limited to): mixing of seasonings/spices, grinding/pumping, filling smoked meat truck with smoked products such as sausages, pepperoni, salami, wieners, smokies, sausage rings, etc. as well as making raw breakfast/dinner style sausages.

FT Hours (flexible and discussed upon interview) between 7:30am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.  Wages will also be based upon experience and discussed at the interview.  Must be fluent in speaking/reading/writing the English language, following recipes and instructions.  Must be willing to work in a refrigerated environment, and able to lift up to 50lbs.

Full-time Meat Packer/Customer Service Rep (Processing Facility, Sparrow Drive, Leduc/Nisku)

Duties will include (but not limited to): working alongside a butcher, labelling all meat cuts, packaging (cryovac sealing) meat cuts/products.  Additionally, this employee will also be responsible for greeting customers for drop-off/pick-up of products, filling out detailed paperwork, running computer/cash register, and assisting with weighing of products.

Industry experience is an asset.  Wages to be discussed upon interview.  Must be willing to work in a refrigerated environment and lift up to 50lbs.   Full-time Hours between 8AM and 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday, and may include additional Mondays (flexible). Must have own transportation to Leduc/Nisku area (airport road).  Must be able to speak/read/write fluent English and follow instructions.

Full-time Meat Clerk (Retail/Ellerslie Drive)

We’re looking for a full-time, enthusiastic Meat Clerk to provide quality customer service in our very fast-paced butcher shop.

Duties will include (but not limited to): assisting customers with their meat selections, answering questions, and offering cooking suggestions; pricing and labeling items; keeping meat display cases stocked/visually appealing; handling the cash register; and maintaining a sanitized and clean working environment.

Industry experience is an asset and one year customer service experience required. Wages to be discussed upon interview.  Must be fluent in speaking/reading/writing the English language, willing to work in a refrigerated environment, and able to lift up to 40lbs. References required.
